Premium vendor package
Our premium vendor package is 500 USD and includes 1 8x8’ space with table and 1 complimentary night stay at the Lord Baltimore Hotel. Must be 18+ to vend. Please see the Hotel Accommodations section for more information.
Basic vendor package
If you will not be staying at the hotel but would still like to purchase a booth to vend, the cost is 430 USD. Package includes one 8x8’ booth for all three days and a 6ft table with tablecloth. Must be 18+ to vend. Electricity available upon request.
Tattoo Artists will select one of the above packages but instead of one 6ft table, they will receive two tables. One table with vinyl tablecloth, one table with black tablecloth, a roll of paper towels, a gallon of distilled water, and a sharps container.

There is a service elevator that goes to the Calvert Ballroom, that may be used by vendors.
Vendors may begin setup after 3PM on Thursday
Vendor Room Hours
Vendors are allotted an 8x8’ booth space with electrical power available upon request. Vendors will also be supplied with one six foot table and tablecloth.
The vending price includes a room code for one night at the Lord Baltimore Hotel, when booked through the hotel website. Vendors are responsible for booking their own hotel accommodations, but will receive a code that discounts the rate of the Deluxe Double Queen - City Room, or the Deluxe King Room to $120 per night and removes a day off their bill. This code may only be used once and not shared, lest vendor forfeit the right to vend. Please reference the vendor application for more information, or contact email@example.com
